Firstly, we need to find out exactly what you require. We can either do this by visiting you, or you can send us the specification via email or post.
From the information we gather, we will put together our initial quotation which we will send to you either by email or post for your perusal.
Liaise with 3rd Parties
If required, we are happy to liaise directly with any 3rd party you have engaged on your project, such as an architect, builder or designer.
Once we have finalised your quotation and you are happy to proceed, we ask that you sign and return it to us at your earliest convenience.
Full Technical Survey Completed
Once your signed quotation has been received, we will arrange to visit the site so that we may conduct a full technical survey of your project.
Contract Sent & Deposit Paid
We will then draw up a formal contract, including a stage payment plan if required, which we would ask you to sign and return with the agreed deposit.
Your Products are Ordered
On receipt of the signed contract and agreed deposit payment, we will place your products on order and obtain a schedule of manufacture.
Products installed on agreed date
Finally, on completion of the manufacturing process, we will arrange to attend site and install your products on a mutually convenient date.
